It seems like it was just yesterday when BTS made their debut. Now, they are set to do their mandatory duties as Korean men.

On October 17, BIGHIT MUSIC announced BTS‘s enlistment. BTS has been a part of ARMY’s daily life for years, and vice versa. Understandably, ARMY was hit with a lot of emotions after hearing the news.

Some were in denial. Some felt like they already expected this to happen while others were in complete shock. To ease the pain, some ARMY are considering the idea of hibernating until 2025.

BTS military enlistment is a sensitive topic for ARMY. So after the confirmation, others felt like their fear is finally coming true.

The most common reaction was sadness. Putting our feelings aside, ARMY knows that BTS will miss BTS the most.

Since humor is the best coping mechanism, ARMY decided to look at the fun side.

Bottom line is that BTS’s military enlistment is not a figment of our imagination anymore. It is happening whether we like it or not. BTS and ARMY have to accept reality and promise to still be there for each other no matter what.
